Inexpensive Christmas craft ideas for children?

I have three children from the ages of 12, 7, and 18 months. Christmas is a big celebration for us. Although besides baking cookies, I’ve never really did any crafts for Christmas. I think it would be more enjoyable to actually do crafts than always buy ornaments. Does anyone know any Christmas crafts ideas that my children would enjoy, or how to make homemade ornaments?

I do crafts with kids at my church on Wednesday nights . I’m looking for some really simple Christmas crafts ideas to do with them. Ages range from 6 years old to 9 years old . Need some crafts that I can find the supplies around my house .

I recently stumbled upon a fun childrens book filled with a lot of crafts, my kids have enjoyed it. And it lets me let down a little bit and have some creative fun with them! I think it may just be what your looking for. There are lots of books online I can send you a link to the one that I ordered.

Children crafts for Christmas?

I am looking for new ideas on Christmas crafts that I can make with my kids. I would appreciate any ideas you may have. Thank You.

You can collect the small milk containers (school sized) and make gingerbread houses using sugar icing to hold it together and real candies and fruits for the decorations and windows. The icing makes for some great snow around the house too! When my son did this in school they secured it to a Styrofoam plate.
